We carefully review each case and do not begin fundraising until
we complete a thorough verification process.
Only confirmed cases that genuinely require charitable support

Every case is carefully documented from the start of fundraising

She is currently in a government primary school and is doing well in her academics. She started having fever which made her skip going to school some days ago, she complains of abdominal pains and vomits. The parents were able to get some drugs from the chemist, there was no improvement on the condition. The news about Helpster Charity reached them through a beneficiary and they contacted Albishir Hospital for proper evaluation under Helpster Charity program. She was diagnosed of Malaria and Enteric fever.

Guidelines
At Helpster, we wish we could assist every child in need,
but our primary focus is on making a meaningful impact.
That's why we prioritize funding for cases that can truly save or
transform
the lives of sick children as quickly as possible.
Treatment is either life-saving or life-changing
The family passes our Poverty Scoring
The case passes our Urgency Scoring
Costs of one-time treatment is between 30 and 3 000 USD
Preferably below 500 USD
If the cost of treatment is between 30 and 50 USD, then the poverty score is high
Prices for treatment are not higher than the average in the area
Cases without Admission Proofs (photos, videos, life story, guardian's contact, consent, etc.)
Cases where the price for the treatment is higher than the average in the region
Health problems that are not life-threatening, or that do not significantly affect child's life-quality.

2025
Helpster community, including volunteers, partners and donors, managed to treat more than 3000 children overall with more than 2000 of them just in 2025. Now Helpster not only looks different but also impacts on another level.
